Background

Instant Commission is an acceleration of commission provided to partner office agents through the BeeDoor application for property sales. With Instant Commission, agents under the partner office can receive up to 100% of their commission faster than the regular schedule. The feature allows users to quickly and easily earn money through the app. By offering a convenient and efficient way for users to earn money, the app can increase its monetization and revenue potential while also differentiating itself from competitors.

Competitive Analysis: Pinhome Instant Commission Submission Form

The goal of the competitive analysis is to understand Pinhome's Instant Commission Submission Form and identify any areas for improvement to enhance its competitiveness and appeal to users. This information can then be used to inform the design and development of the feature, ensuring that it offers a superior user experience and stands out from the competition.


Key findings:

  • KIP is a partnership between Pinhome and Singa Fintech

  • They offer maximum of 30% of entitled commission

  • Platform fee: 2% per month

  • Since Aug 21, Pinhome has created a separate landing page i.e., https://www.pinfinance.id/

  • Interested agents who visit the landing page would be directed to to WhatsApp (Pinhome Admin)


 

Conceptual Exploration


Product Flow for our Komisi Cepat features

The overal product flow for this komisi cepat is when the user navigates the app and expresses interest in the instant commission feature. They are then seamlessly led to WhatsApp where they proceed to complete the transaction. Afterwards, the app's admin efficiently adds the user's information to the "Komisi Cepat" dashboard, allowing the user to keep track of their commissions.

Starting from the app, users can easily navigate to the Instant Commission section and initiate the application process.

​The "How to Use" section provide clear and concise instructions for the user, ensuring they understand the product's functionality and how to get the most out of it.

​FAQ section address common questions and concerns, providing helpful information and creating a sense of transparency and trust with the user.




The instant commission feature has been carefully crafted and meticulously tested to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
